Instead of coffee or espresso in the morning do these exercises and feel great? So go ahead...You'll start with a gentle attunement from Kundalini Yoga, get to know your breath better, and start your day feeling good and radiant after this workout. This workout is a gentle introduction to a longer daily postpartum practice. You should start postpartum yoga only from the 8th week after birth and after you have talked to your gynecologist about it. Have fun!
