We have a nose to breathe and a mouth to speak and more. This exercise helps you breathe through your nose and improves the quality of your sleep.

Breath meditation is a special form of meditation where the focus is not on a mantra or a concept, but on the rhythm of the breath. Mindfulness means being attentive in a certain way: consciously, in the present moment and without judging. This kind of attention increases awareness and promotes clarity and the ability to accept the reality of the present moment.
